From the owner to the last man shoveling dirt, this was a great experience. Mr Seay made it all easy and he and his crew are kind deeply caring people. Still love the pool design and craftsmanship. Thank you Bill.
One word for this Company, “WOW” We had a problem with our new Pool equipment heater not firing up, not their equipment and the manufacturer contacted them with a work order! Well within 24 I got a call from the office lady stating that a tech is in the area and will come here ASAP! Joe the technician showed up and within 20 minutes it was up and running! We cannot thank this Company enough and JOE for such an amazing experience! Give them a call, we are over the moon grateful that they got our work order!
Professional, hard working, and very responsive to any concerns. If something was not perfect, they addressed the issue quickly and capably. Things do not always go smoothly during a big project like ours, but it always gave us peace of mind that we could count on Bill, Jim, and Ashley to see things through.
