Quality Pools and Spas, Landscaping & Design were fantastic to work with from the initial design stage until we were filling up the pool. I have been in this area for over 30 years and work for a large commercial contractor. My wife and I went back and forth during the design phase with Bill (The Owner) who was very patient with us. Bill made sure our final choice was exactly what we had dreamed of.We also live in the "City Limits" of Myrtle Beach in an old portion of Pinelakes Estates. Quality pools save the day with our swimming pool project. we first hired another company to do our pool, Cascade Custom Pools They dug a hole and took $35, 000 from us. And never came back. After trying to get the other company to return our calls for 3 months. We hired quality custom pools and landscaping. They came in and did a beautiful Job!! They're crews paid such attention to detail and truly did quality work. When we were looking for a pool company we only looked at Google reviews. I encourage you to look at thier rating on Better business Bureau , BBB. If we would have done that with the 1st company that we hired we would not have been ripped off. Quality...read full review

We were ready to have a pool installed and spoke with many companies and received many estimates. We decided to go with Quality Pools because the designer pointed out something about our yard that no other pool companies did. She was very concerned about our overhead electrical line. I even asked another company specifically about it and he told me that it was not a problem. Long story short, called the electric company and it was a problem, the line needed to be 10 ft from the pool.Our installation was not to begin until June.
