Came to Myrtle Beach for conference/vaca. I was unable to get into my salon prior to my flight. I called Outerglow because they were rated 4+ and liked the photos of clients. I was asking the impossible… cut, color, highlights on Friday or Saturday (called fri afternoon. ). They made a call to another customer asking permission to adjust their apt and Joyce came in an hour before opening on Saturday AM 9:00. She assessed my crises explained what would be needed and executed the plan exceeding my expectations. They were fun, professional, highly skilled and educated clients as they performed their magic. I’m more then happy .. Ms Delaney is that girl .. I have never had a hair stylist know so much and took her time and care and was down to earth and made sure I knew what I was in for.. She seemed to care more about my hair than me …She knew her tone of blonde colors for sure ..Place was clean, All the girls was fun to be around and you can tell was great friends.
