Tech Justin B. was extremely thorough, communicating by phone multiple times due to me being an out-of-state owner including forwarding multiple pictures. Something simple as properly following access directions and numbers to call, though a small thing, isn't itself even guaranteed today by a lot of contractors. Not all HVAC companies are created equal - and reliable contractors in any trade are tough if not impossible to find today - even being able to talk to someone live is a tall order.
