I took a guest to receive services but they were unsure exactly how to explain what they wanted.
Off a very basic description, the stylist was able to do exactly what my guest wanted.

Stylist: The stylist was amazing. My guest that received services wanted to buy product for the dollar store to strip color out of her hair, and the stylist was able to give reasons why that wouldn’t be a great idea. She recommended on growing it out.
Great cut at a great price. Would have been 5 stars except for the GRUMPY lady who checked me in and was adamite that even if I waited for the stylist I asked for (who cut my hair last time) I couldn't have them even if available because they don't do requests. I don't understand this policy if I am paying for the service and willing to wait. In the end, the stylist who cut my hair did a GREAT job and I will just assume the GRUMPY lady was not from Conway SC because I have never met a GRUMPY person in Conway SC.
Justin cut Wyatt’s hair and it is the best cut ever! Wyatt looked like a stylish young fella on his first flight with this cut!! He was great with Wyatt and wish we could request him each time! Great job Justin!!
