Our A/C went out one night and the next morning I called before the office was open. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Tony. He explained that there is no emergency call for after hours and was at my house within two hours. He took his time with the unit and answered all of our questions without hesitation and made suggestions for the right unit for our home. He didn't try to sell us a bigger unit, which another company did and was at our home the next morning (earlier than stated) and within eight hours we had a new A/C unit installed and cooling the house down. Our air conditioner could not decide to stop working at the worse time-tomorrow Hurricane Florence is making her appearance! East Palmetto sent Ron Hill to check our air and he was personable and knowledgeable. Needless to say, Ron saved the day. I highly recommend Ron for your heating or cooling needs.
