The young lady who waited on me initially and also when I picked up my shirts was very professional. Most of the time when I visit she’s there. While I was waiting to get my clothes on this past Saturday, I heard her interacting with a customer in the drive through; she was very nice, and her tone indicated that she cared. She provided great customer service. Good to see employees who care about their job and others. I wish I could remember her name.

We have been long-time customers of Tripps Fine Cleaners home delivery service and appreciate not only the quality of the cleaning but the friendliness of the driver who drops by our home twice a week. After our daughter's wedding, we had questions about having her wedding gown cleaned and called the owner as the website indicated. We appreciated all the information he shared with us about the cleaning process and preservation option which was very helpful. We delivered the gown to the Forest Drive location and met the friendly and helpful staff who handled the dress upon arrival.
