Had a very alarming issue with my gaming pc they were able to quickly and thoroughly sort out. The young man at the desk was very helpful, explained the issues, and recommended a range of cost effective solutions. He also explained the repairs on pickup. They were able to order and replace the liquid cpu cooler in a timely manner. They were able to correct an issue where the original had been installed incorrectly as well! In the end I got my pc back better than it was before it broke. I would recommend them to family and friends. Bonus the store itself is very cool inside with lots to look at!

Had an incredible experience at this location. Best computer repair service I’ve ever received. Was able to walk right up to the counter and was serviced immediately. Didn’t have to wait days to get my computer back. The technician figured out the problem replaced the component and sent me off with my now working computer. Will never get computer services anywhere else in Columbia.
