Overall experience was great. Had a moderate wait, and the appointment was quick. I was left to browse the glasses without anyone approaching me, which was nice compared to other places that pressure you the whole time. The lady that I purchased my glasses with was honest about how they looked on me, which I appreciated.

Today I went to pick up my new glasses and sunglasses. The order was not correct. Brittney was very helpful in trying to correct the order. She spent over an hour working to correct the problem. She was patient and friendly, explaining each step of the process until everything was resolved. Monica was also very kind to assist with this situation. I have used Target Optical for over 5 years and have always had a wonderful experience with them.

I met a excellent representative by the name of George. He was excellent. Gave me great customer service. Was very patient kind knowledgeable. I would recommend Target optical but more specifically i would recommend George. He is the best.
