Jerimy Sweet of Sweet Comfort Services provided me with a quick response (same day) to an emergent issue. Though he was fitting me into his day, his arrival was punctual. He inspected the issue and then also went even further to guide me through everything he assessed and explain his evaluation in a way that was easy to understand as he showed me the actual areas so I could see them for myself. He answered all of my questions. He was both fair and honest, and I highly recommend him!

This is a top-notch company that offers great service and fair pricing. I just had them install a new gas pack at our house and am extremely pleased with everything. Jerimy was quick to get back to me and provide an estimate at a price that is very fair. Trust me, I've had several large Columbia-area HVAC companies come to give us estimates that were just out of this world. He was able to install our new unit within a week, and his team did an excellent job. As with all projects, there was an issue -- our existing duct work could not properly connect to the new gas pack.
