Of course this was my first time and first impressions determine if i'll be back...I called before going to get more info and the female(I can't remember her name)she had good customer service skills during the call...She gave me a landmark so I wouldn't get lost trying to find the shop...She asked about how long before I get there...When I got there she remembered my name and serviced me immediately with no wait time...She took her time and gave me what i asked for...She understood the assignment... read full review

I needed more hair done for a wedding. I called S&S around 9am. I was told a stylist would call me back. I received a call back from Ashley and we scheduled an appointment for later today at 12. I got there a little late AND forgot my hair. I had to go to a hair store to buy more. Ashley was so gracious about the whole thing. She was very professional. We started at about 1 and she finished at 4pm. I was a wonderful experience. And I hate going to salons. I almost never do. And never more than once because most of them are horrible and unprofessional. S&S was refreshingly different. Ashley listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. My husband called and talked to the owner Ms.T and told her that he wanted to surprise me with getting my hair braided. Ms. Drea was recommended and set us up immediately! She was awesome and braided/styled my hair exactly the way my husband wanted.. Drea is awesome and on point! The salon has a very friendly atmosphere! I will return and suggest anyone to try them!
