Customer service is horrible.. when i walked in no one spoke. they told me to check my self in (it’s my first time here). before she started doing my eyebrow she didn’t even speak but constantly telling me to keep my eyes still (my eyes were closed) i have been getting my eyebrows waxed & threaded & no one has ever told me to keep my eye still if they are closed. she was also rough. i thought she was mad. my eyebrows were decent. will not return.
Jessica is amazing! The only nail tech i’ll request and allow to do my nails. I love her, very accommodating. The male nail tech is horrible, horrible customer service very rude. Needs to be replaced!
I was in search a pedi spa and Royal did not disappoint. The service was quick and she (no name tag like some of the other ladies in there and she did not speak English) was very pleasant did as I asked. I was able to enjoy my service. For a classic pedicure was $38 which was not bad and I was done within 20 mins. The water was
scorching but again it was early and I think I was the first person to sit in that chair for
the day. I wish she had checked the temp before she had me put my feet in. She did scrub a little aggressively but after I voiced my concern she eased up. Great experience for a pop in pedicure I went in close to opening time
