Yesterday was my first time here and it was incredible! Kyra was incredible and made sure everyone was comfortable and getting everything possible out of the class. I will be coming back!

What a wonderful community that Anne and her teachers create in this lovely space! Classes allow mindful focus of energy of both mind and body to find a state of peace and tranquility. Especially enjoy the candlelight and live music classes to wind down after a hectic week at work!
