Three hours after my dogs appt I decide to show up and just wait for him cus he should be done soon. Wrong. The two girls were sitting in the front, this lady with a puppy walks out, the girl who works there says my dog isn't done and he had to be separated from the pup in case of aggression. I'm like "hmmmmm odd but ok" cus my dog is way too fuckin chill. I go outside and look through the window to see her dragging my dog out, choking him in the process, and he's really cowering when she walks to him. Very odd for my dog. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your dog to petsmart on Two Notch Road to be groomed!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Petsmart location is by far the worst, and I am so upset with right now......I took my Goldendoodle there today to have him groomed and the wait they shaved my dog's coat was HORRIBLE!!! The only part of his body that was to be cut down ONLY because they were too lazy to comb through a few tangles, was his legs....the rest of his body was supposed to have the puppy cut.
