I cannot recommend Palmetto enough! I’ve always been self-conscious about my feet, but this was a completely different experience from a standard salon. As a medical pedicure, the focus on hygiene and specialized care was clear from the moment I walked in. Bernita was professional, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. Unlike a typical nail spa, she took the time to assess the health of my feet and provided a meticulous, painless treatment. It is worth every penny for the peace of mind alone. I had my first foot care service with Bernita last week. She is my Godsend! I have suffered with feet problems for a long time. I'm now convinced she is the answer. The look and feel of my feet after just my first visit is AMAZING!! Thank you Bernita! The absolute best pedicure I have ever received! Ms. Brown is so professional, kind and personable. I enjoyed every minute. And she got my feet on the road to recovery. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!
