We initially went through our home warranty company to find someone to service our struggling HVAC unit. The company they set us up with said they would be out around 10:30 am... no one ever showed up or even called to reschedule. I gave them a couple days to call to reschedule, and still nothing. I called them and am still waiting on a return call. After days of waiting, no surprise, our AC broke. So we were forced to call "On Call" since it was now the weekend and no one else was open. Angel was the plumber who fixed our issue. Great guy and was very personable. He took his time to diagnose the problem and was very professional. Would highly recommend him to handle any plumbing job.
Acey came to our home on 5/10/2024 for Semi-Annual A/C inspection. He was thorough and professional and all work turned out amazing. I will continue to be a customer of On Call Heating and Plumbing. I would certainly recommend On Call to all my family and friends.
