I came in as a walk-in for my first time ever here. I, requesting a dip powder and needing my previous application removed. I was greeted warmly. No one was available to take me, however if I could come back at 2:30, I could be seen by Jennie. I totally didn't mind since my afternoon was wide open. Jennie took a look at my nails because she wanted to be sure could do the work in the allotted time. Once we agreed I was on my way.
I returned at the agreed upon time. Jennie was happily waiting for me. She let me choose my colors. She asked me a few questions about my previous experience with dip powder. She explained the process and how she operates.... read full review

This place is great. The location is a bit confusing the first time you go, especially if someone can't do the stairs. I didn't even know there was an elevator to get up there, but wondered about handicapped people getting there. The people that work here are extremely nice. They all speak English really well, so you don't have to feel like Elaine from Seinfeld. The place is clean. They make everyone wash their hands when they arrive. My only complaint is that they keep it a bit warm for my taste. I was uncomfortable when I went the first time, and it was hot outside.
