My technician, Acey Spres, was very knowledgeable and personable as well. He pointed out that I really need a duct cleaning and even cleaned out a load of leaves from my units. Could NOT be more all around pleased with a service event. Mid-State Heating and Air is prompt, professional, and courteous. From your first phone call with customer service to the technician on site at my home; I have no complaints. They don’t take days to get you in for an appointment like some companies and have even made emergency visits less stressful. They fully explain any problem I’ve had, which has given me the confidence to use them repeatedly on my personal property and recommend them professionally to my own clients.
