Rough experience. Came in with some suits and shirts, asked about rates. No issue there, they are competitive. Issues came when going through the shirts, had a few new ones. Apparently that's not allowed, and when I was putting pins in a pin bowl, she took the extra effort to talk down to me. The representative at the front felt that "dismissive derogatory" was the best way to approach me, so as much as I enjoy spending $120 at a dry cleaners, I'll head to another.

I recently moved less than a mile away, and was hoping to use this as my regular dry cleaner. This was my first time doing business with this dry cleaners, and it will certainly be the last.
When I went to drop off, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by the employee. She was helping someone at the drive thru, but wasn't interacting with that customer when I walked in and could have at least said she'd be right with me, or even a quick hello.
I brought three, brand new still in the package, mens dress shirts to be starched and pressed. She said they'd need to be cleaned. I went with her suggestion and was told it would be $2.85 for each shirt. I dropped them off Friday...read full review

I’ve been using Michael’s Cleaning for 3 years and every time I’ve had great service. I always take my husband’s Army Service Uniform there to get cleaned and not only do they do a good job, it’s an extremely quick turn around and it’s always really cheap.
