Kaminer is absolutely great!! I have used them on a few houses I managed as well as a couple other team members and every single time has been a great experience. They are very responsive, very quick to go out and get pricing and very quick to resolve the issue. Their pricing is also great! Will absolutely continue to use them in this area for all of my future needs (:
