The young man at the desk was very helpful, explained the issues, and recommended a range of cost effective solutions. He also explained the repairs on pickup. They were able to order and replace the liquid cpu cooler in a timely manner. They were able to correct an issue where the original had been installed incorrectly as well! In the end I got my pc back better than it was before it broke. I would recommend them to family and friends. Bonus the store itself is very cool inside with lots to look at!“
