Have been using Intellisystems for three years. We had a previous I.T. company that only provided us one contact. Intellisystems has a vast number of technicians that can assist us. My level of comfort since going to Intellisystems has risen tremendously. We have protected information for our customers and reliability and security is critical. We get 24x7 365 support and monitoring for our computers and phone system. We have migrated our email to them and getting many more functions and security services as with prior vendor. We also take advantage of their monthly training program. I get results of all our employees taking these critical training topics. We also get simulated/generated phishing emails as practice in identifying phishing attacks. Many of our customers have been ransomwared because their employees were not trainied to identify malicious emails and attachments. My company takes advantage of all of Intellisystems offerings and will continue to do so. They are the only I.T. service provider I would trust to keep us in business.
