The gentleman came early, very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced part, checked to make sure air was coming out the vents. He even opened one of my vents I didn’t realize was closed. “This was my first time using Cook Plumbing. They gave a time window of 11 - 2 but Greg and Gabe showed up right at 11:00. They did an excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet which was a struggle to get out because of some rust. They installed my new kitchen faucet and added some sealant around my kitchen sink to secure it as well.They cleaned up after they were finished and answered all of the questions I had and didn't mind me watching so I could learn more about the process. “They were hired through my home warranty service. Fast response service date. Great communication as to when technician would arrive. On July 16th an angel worked through my door. the Technician Musa arrived early. He was very nice and very respectful to me and property. He had my AC up and running quickly. I had been without my AC for 10 days. The last company told the warranty company I needed a new unit, charged me $250 to put Freon in the unit. The unit only worked for 3 hours after they left. I had to fight to get a new company assigned for a second opinion. I am so grateful and highly recommend this company, especially Musa.“
