I've been coming to Frank's for about two years, and it remains my go-to place for a cut + beard trim. I'm rarely a review-writer, but this place deserves it. The stylists know hair. For the past several months, I've had my hair cut by Ariana, who is the new owner of the salon. Communicating what I want to her is easy, and I've consistently walked out of Frank's with a sharp cut. The facility itself is wonderful and super clean. The stylists go out of their way for a "good" customer experience. From the time you walk in, your hair goals are treated like a priority. They make a clear effort to ensure they know what you want before and during the cut. Most haircuts begin with "Are we doing the same as last time?" as if they cut your hair yesterday. Customer experience and haircut aside, one characteristic that keeps me coming back to Frank's is the salon's culture. During my haircut earlier today, Ariana was being shadowed by a newer stylist. Ariana provided a walkthrough with an open opportunity for clarification or questions. It's clear that Ariana, the owner of the salon, invests time and effort in helping her employees develop their careers as stylists. My recommendation? Book an appointment with a stylist, and try it yourself. The facility is great, the stylists are experts, and the compliments you'll receive on your hair afterwards won't stop.
