Jantonio is a remarkably efficient technician. The work he did today required cutting off the water to our building, so he came before we opened, and he completed the work by our normal opening time. Excellent job!
This is my second experience with Franklin plumbing and will always call them for my plumbing needs. Elias was very personable, knowledgeable and gave great advice on my home. We schedules a routine plumbing inspection and was a quick and informative service.
My pro Brian was very adept at finding (after I had put all sorts of drain cleaners aimed at a clog) the source of my problem, which was roots growing into a crack in a pipe under my house. He was fast and professional, and made sure the problem that was backing up my tub, toilet, etc. was resolved in a fast manner.
