They don't care if your loyal and make your payment on time every month. All they care about is your credit report. So if you decide not to pay 1 bill but make sure you got them paid on time, don't worry with it. They don't care about loyalty when you want to renew your loan. They have done that to me twice now. When I have made sure they were paid every month and on time. To be a local company you would think they would care about things like that. Oh and if you have your loan with someone else they think the other person has been paying it. So much for loyalty to a company. I wouldn't recommend them to my dog.
