“GotStanton optical on Harbison Blvd, Columbia...January 17,2023. Their offer at 2 for 1 bifocals was priced at $700. As was Walking out door, was offered economy 2 for 1 in economy frame for $135 ????? Nothing more said by employee. Got economy, 2 for 1, had to wait week. Prescription filled, same day, same location, completely false. Cannot see with glasses. Took them back. Was told, no refund. The company app, states refund, less the shipping. What is truth? Was advised that optometrist that filled prescription has made error, take back to him to chk.....then said these glasses needed upgrade in lenses for $300 to correct vision to become "crisp" not faded as was, employee was Brooke. Why would any company make glasses that were not 100 vision correcting? I assume that these economy lenses had no anti-refection. But at a cost of $300 was unheard of. As the other reviews, Brooke had no concern if I could see or not . When I went to pick up glasses, there was no employee on floor. Door buzzer went off when I entered, but no one came until 6 minutes later. These are merely employees who do not grasp the idea that they represent Stanton. There is no concern of this store closing...another "job" will be sought elsewhere. Sad.“
