Emma did my pedicure. She took her time and did an excellent job in the trimming of the nails, massage was awesome and applying the color of my choice. So courteous and a very clean establishment. No loud tv, although they were on; there was very relaxing music playing for your enjoyment. They offered water to drink. I highly recommend Elegant Nails on Devine Street for your pampering needs. Parking is not a problem and I appreciate that.
