I'm a soon-to-be employee here at Dr. Park and Associates after shadowing for a couple weeks, so I can say first-hand that this place creates such a happy & supportive environment! Everyone, professionally and personally, is accounted for, holding on to that bit of lenience that is needed for comfort among co-workers while also still being held accountable to do their parts to the highest standard. I've been a patient here ever since I was little, and Dr. Park was gracious enough to request a job opportunity for me. Most wonderful experience I have had at an eye doctor in a long time. Every single doctor and front desk worker that worked with me treated me like family and made me feel so comfortable and safe. I would recommend anyone to go here and believe they are the best in Columbia! I will definitely be returning!!

This is hands downs the BEST eye doctor in SC . The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Parks is absolutely Amazing at diagnosing and treating All things concerning your eye health. She’s so caring , soft spoken and very knowledgeable . I feel so comfortable and confident in everything she does concerning the health of my eyes. It’s like going to see your Auntie the way she consistently embraces you with care and love. I’m a patient for life❤️

Eye Care Professionals and ophthalmologists have many similarities and differences. Ophthalmologists are trained to be ocular surgeons; there are 7 different specialties! Eye Care Professionals care for the medical health of your eyes, treat diseases (such as glaucoma) and make sure that you see the very best. Dr. Park owns the practice and the location, making "the buck stop here." The commercial chains are tempting but are mostly owned and operated by larger corporations with employee doctors.
