I was very pleased with the manger Nia at the St. Andrews location. I did my pre-application online, I got a call from Nia shortly after, we talked, I did application over phone, she told me the things I needed to send on the portal. Nia kept communication open, and very professional. Nia called back, and I was approved. I know I have things on my credit that are like minor things, she really worked with me. I really appreciate and will be back.

The mgr and staff are very professional and make you feel like a human being . I was behind with my loan and was afraid to visit the office because of previous experiences with finance companies until Nate reached out to me and it was the wayhe spoke to me and assured me that no one would dare talk down to me or make me feel as if I was just a number and not a customer made me feel at ease. I heard Nathone say he would like to have a fun atmosphere but get the job done and his staff seems to have his back .
