We had major crawlspace issues at my home. Crawlspace Ninja came out, did a thorough review, showed me the issues, what it would take to fix them, gave a timeline for when it would start. They even fixed one issue that they weren't required to fix. We even noticed a problem with placement shortly after completion of the project and they came out made the adjustments within 48 hours. It was a very solid experience.
Every aspic of "Ninja's" work was excellent and I am very detailed and particular about very thing meeting my standards. The job is beautiful ( encapsulation). From the two workers, who were under the house six days to Mike, their supervisor, service was excellent. They were prompt and very polite. There is NO water under our home as I hear the pumps working and see the water that is pushed out through Ninja's drain. I plan to purchase the maintenance contract and will see them yearly. I HIGHLY recommend this company to help you if you have water under your home.
We had a musky smell in our house after it rains. We got several quotes to encapsulated the crawl space but Crawl Space Ninja was the best for the money. We have a lifetime warranty on the encapsulation and they did a really good job. Our home smells wonderful after a rain now and the crawl space is pristine. I even joke that the crawl space can be my doghouse when I get in trouble with my wife. All I would need is a TV and a comfortable chair down there.
