Been patronizing this business for years for all my dry cleaning needs . The other day, I drop off an expensive suit, then realize later that day the suit wouldn’t be ready in time for the event. I called the location to schedule a time to pick up my suit. The lady who answered the phone was polite until I told her I wanted to pick up the clothing . Then she became very rude and hung up. Out of curiosity, I called back and she replied, “Oh I thought we were finished “. To make things worse , when I drop the suit off it wasn’t wrinkled and it was on a hanger .
