We had a very pleasant experience with Ms. Ogden. She was very prompt, took us through the product and service process with ease, listened to our concerns about our recent window experience with another large window company, and truly put us at ease that she will be there whenever needed to take us through the next stage of our window renovation project. We went from dreading another experience like our last, to looking forward to the project to begin. A+ for Ms. Ogden and we look forward to working with Champion because of her.
Courtney was our Rep and she was outstanding. She explained all the products and quality of what we would be getting. She took the time to show all the financial options that available making sure it fit our budget.
Erik was great and very honest about everything. He did a wonderful job explaining the process of how the windows are made, and installing. He was very understanding and flexible with us having dogs and a newborn. He did not try to rush and took his time making sure we understood and had a great experience.
