Doing a quick search on Google and simply checking the reviews was how I found Brian...and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Brian and Melinda were the absolute best to work with in the recent sale of our house. They were friendly, professional, went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and anticipated and prepared us for every step of the process. They made themselves available to answer questions outside of business hours and even assisted with a last minute repair that became necessary. Melinda was so great the first time we bought and sold a house with her (in 2019) we used her again in 2021. With our most recent sale she definitely outdid her previous performance and went above and beyond to help us get our house sold and move completed. She was there for us through the entire process, providing recommendations and advice when we needed it most. We knew we could trust her to get top dollar for our house and we weren’t disappointed.
