The franchise owner personally answered my Sunday afternoon emergency call and talked me through how to shut off water supply - and was ready to hop in his car to come save me if I needed it. Then he scheduled a technician to come at 8:00 Monday to do repairs. I got the tech's photo and bio before he arrived (on time). While here, he answered my dozen-or-so questions about plumbing and pipes and then called his favorite water cleanup service guy, who showed up at my house 20 minutes later. I could not recommend this company more -- the Columbia SC branch is top notch!!

The Experience with one 800 Plumber plus air was wonderful. I called in need of an estimate for plumbing repairs and the technician promptly scheduled a same day appointment and within 30 minutes they were on site and provided an estimate for me. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

I love the communication and notifications! They send a text with the employee’s name, photo, experience, and other information. Having the name and the photo made us feel so much more comfortable having someone in the house. Dalton was very thorough and did a good job explaining the issues to me in a way I could understand.
