After contacting LG for a warranty claim, Cemi Appliance Repair was assigned. Carlos called to let me know he was coming and arrived on time! He had the part needed for my refrigerator on hand and got it fixed in a timely manner. He was very kind and professional. I will definitely call him for any future appliance needs!

From start to finish we had a great experience. He came out and diagnosed the problem with our oven, told me he needed to order a part/parts and would be back in a week. Sure enough we got an email from the company a week later and our oven was repaired and works great! The communication was excellent and he was very professional. The job was done quickly and he clearly knew what he was doing.

This was the company Lowe’s sent out, they were very quick fixing the issues I had on my dryer in a timely manner, with no nonsense. Carlos was very respectful, and got in and got to work as soon as he pulled up. Very happy with the service and hopefully won’t need them again and the issue is resolved.
