I reached out numerous times to get assistance with my draft with no response. I was finally able to make it into the salon on 7/13 and spoke with this sweet girl Morgan. She went above and beyond to help me and gave me the correct information to get this resolved. I appreciate her taking the time and want to make sure she's recognized for that!! So many times people working in customer service get negative comments more so than positive. Coming from a customer service background I understand that completely.
