Very thorough inspection with explanations of issues, pictures, etc. Patrick Is very accommodating by quickly responding to phone calls and emails when you have questions. Patriot Inspections, LLC., Patrick Young did a thorough inspection of a property my wife and I are looking to purchase. He was available on short notice, arrived promptly and began work immediately. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and provided an excellent report with pictures to document all areas of concern. In addition, I had a few questions about some plumbing and electrical issues. Patrick answered all of my questions and put the issues in perspective.
