10 stars! where to begin..first of all Kevin Smith was incredible and took it upon himself to make sure all options were investigated for my roof replacement which resulted in insurance covering my replacement including code updates. All agents that I dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous. definitely focused on client experience. Austin's team was here before daylight and worked to get the job completed. all they left was a new roof!
