Absolute lifeline for my family as my parents moved to a new city and dealt with a new diagnosis! Amy Patrick is the best in the industry and her staff has been 100% reliable, professional, engaging, and compassionate. Caregivers have driven them to appointments, made meals, and assisted in daily living activities over the last year and a half. Recently they provided 24 hour care over an extended time when my family could not be there.Once life had settled we had several days with no scheduled care and had another emergency. Amy Patrick and the staff at Wellsdale jumped right in when our family needed care for my Father. The entire staff was courteous, friendly and very supportive. Every day was documented and any problems were brought to our attention promptly. We are very thankful a service such as Welldale is available for the elderly.
So glad that I reached out to Wellsdale when my mom and dad needed assistance in their home. Dealing with Amy and the entire office staff was a complete pleasure. The most compassionate caretakers were sent to their house to sit with and provide care. Highly recommended anyone in need of assistance to reach out to Wellsdale.
