Dr. Padgett had laid out all the options but we felt very confident that he would conduct the surgery. Dr. Rains conducted all the tests before and after care. Both doctors were so caring and responsive to our needs for Reba. All the technicians and staff round out the professional team dedicated to Reba's care. This is an on-going progress, Reba will need further care. We feel assured that Clements Ferry has the expertise and is the best place for a positive outcome.“

We have experienced many vet visits, from the regular “well checkup” to the sad visits where we have had to choose euthanasia, and everyone at AMW has always been very supportive and caring! I feel like Dr. Campbell and ALL of the veterinarians there that we have seen always give us the most information that they can about our pets and allow us to make our own decisions regarding our pets’ treatment and care! I also highly recommend their grooming services, which are in the same office! They always do a fabulous job on our goldendoodle! :)“

“We were evacuated to coastal Sc from Asheville after hurricane Helene. The aftermath prevented us from getting to our home and we left without anything, including my pups laundry list of medication. Between the evacuation and being off his medications for a week he was in a bad spot, and I am SO glad I called these guys! They just made everything happen so quick and easy to straighten things out and get replacements of all his meds, even his controlled medication. The best part, when we went in for the cursory visit (only needed since he takes alprazolam and they hadn’t written for him before), we didn’t strop foot inside! My dog has extreme anxiety that’s worsened by an absorption issue in upper gi (which was currently uncontrollabled and unmedicated), and a tech came out saying it was already in their notes that our pup had extreme vet anxiety and offered a “backyard visit”. It was perfect! We walked around to a grassy covered back fenced in yard with nothing in it to make it look like a clinic and the vet examined my dog right there in the grass so he never knew he went to the vet! We left.5 minutes later with the last of his scripts in hand and reassured that there was a group of capable people I could take my dog to while we are here in town waiting for news on our Asheville home! Highly recommend !!!“

“The staff is so kind and you can tell that they actually really care. The prices are very reasonable as well. We took our German shepherd in for an emergency and they were quick to figure out what was wrong. The doctor explained in detail and gave us our options. Ultimately, we decided that we needed to let her go due to the condition she was in and her age and the doctor and technician we had were amazing. They were so compassionate and made us feel better about the choice we made. They have an awesome after life care company (only going into detail because it may help someone’s decision on if they come here or not but the price is very reasonable, they deliver to your door, the price includes a nice selection of urns, engraving or name plate and a clay paw print there are also other special add ons you can select for a small fee). I can’t say enough great things about our experience and I’m so glad that we happened upon this vet in this difficult time.“

“Dr. Parrot is a cat whisperer and my cat Tico will literally purr during her exams! She takes the time to explain why things are being done and has the best energy of any Vet Doctor I've ever met. I highly recommend seeing her and Dr. Kelly as well! It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for!“

“I can't say enough about how caring and compassionate everyone was. I was staying on Folly Beach on vacation and my dog became very sick. I called and was seen that evening. The staff stayed even after closing time to ensure that I had everything I needed to take care of her. I would recommend 100%!!!“

“Very professional and compassionate on June 23rd I took my Smokey boy in with swollen tummy along with a few other things not realizing how sick my boy was. I had to make one of three choices and all of them were difficult especially #3. It was so hard not to be selfish and bring him home with me with lots of meds but not fair to him at all. I was given as much time as I needed to make a decision while also being comforted by staff and Dr. I have never nor has my fur baby been treated so well in such a terrible situation. I will highly recommend them to all! I returned on the evening of the 26th to pick up my boy that was cremated at Good Shepherd ( they are wonderful as well) and I was crying trying to ask for him and the receptionist came around and gave a big hug and condolences. That meant a lot!! Well my boy tomorrow will be a week and one of the hardest weeks I've ever had I know you see my tears still flowing hard everyday I miss you so much as your brother and sister miss you tremendously as well as grandad. We love and miss you Smokey“
