Vent Helpers was recommended by a neighbor. It took me three weeks to get an appt but that's because they are so good! Thank god for them as they prevented a dryer fire. Did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced. I am signing up for their maintenance program to prevent lint from building up.

Rick came by and was extremely helpful. He was so patient with me on the phone as I rambled about my dryer. He helped me understand the different specifications on my dryer, he vacuumed up and cleaned up after himself so well, was kind to my pets, and he even called me to let me know that he would be 10 minutes late, which is such a professional courtesy that I rarely see anymore and I was beyond appreciative. I am so bad at follow up for yearly check ups, but this interaction with this company left such a positive impression on me that I will make sure I have an annual cleaning of my dryer vent. Rick was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned and replaced our dryer vent. He was very responsive, on time and reasonably priced. A couple months after he serviced our vent the housing unit on the outside of our house fell off. Long story but it was my fault. We called Rick to replace it and he was over within a couple of days. He replaced it at no charge and also re-examined our vent. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend.
