Spencer Owen greeted us in the lobby with a big smile, making us feel welcome before the photo shoot even began. Proficient and eager to put us at ease, Spencer offered encouraging remarks during the process, such as "you're doing great," and "love it!" which made us feel like movie stars rather than a retired couple with grey hair celebrating nearly 41 years of marriage. Spencer's assistant also attended to details, which matter. For instance, I wore fleece-lined leggings under my dress due to cold weather, but didn't want them to show in the photos; she made sure that didn't happen. My son took his senior pictures today at Tumbleston with Mitch. Mitch had great attention to detail with all of the different outfits and really put my son at ease! Juan made my daughter's senior pictures day enjoyable and special. The process from beginning to end was easy and very comforting. The location was beautiful and tranquil. There are so many backgrounds and props to choose from. Tumbleston is MY go to. Thinking about doing my own photo shoot with them because of the background and prop options. Thank you again.
