The staff at the spa was friendly, warm, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The facial and massage were amazing and relaxing, and it was super helpful to get the product recommendation after.

The staff was warm and friendly from the moment I walked in. They have a lovely relaxation room before your treatment and the facial itself was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing after.

The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas! It really gets you in the holiday spirit . Once in the spa, Autumn checked me in and showed me around all the areas I could relax in while waiting and how to use the locker and sauna. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and calming. The sauna was a great way to start and end my visit, all the amenities were wonderful- they have everything you could want-even toothbrushes and sunscreen in the bathroom. The whole area was impeccably clean. I had a 50 min custom massage with Melissa in a very cozy & comfortable room that also had a bathroom.
