I Absolutely! love SweatHouz, west Ashley. I have had a membership for over a year and go a few times a week. I have noticed incredible health benefits from going regularly. A complete game changer for your well being.The studio is clean and well maintained. Not sure why other reviewers complained. Each room is cleaned well after previous person. I have never had a problem.

Love that I found this place! There was a small hiccup in the beginning when I first signed up online. Once we settled that issue, things have been great ever since! Glad to have this gem so close by!

Came in for my first cold plunge and has such a positive experience! The staff were so helpful and attentive. I really felt comfortable and welcome. I can’t wait to start adding SweatHouz in my wellness routine!
