Todd and his team were excellent to work with. He made the whole process easy. He was able to install quickly, answered all our questions, and followed up with us after install. I would highly recommend Southern Stairlifts.
Needed a stairlift quickly and was very impressed with Stu, Todd and Ray who cover my area. I called and Stu came out the next morning for the estimate, Todd followed up the same day with a refurbished lift that I had asked for, and Ray was at my house a few days later to install! Very friendly, helpful team. HIGHLY recommend! Thank-you so much!
I would highly recommend Southern Stairlifts to anyone who needs a stairlift. The installer was very responsive, promptly scheduled an appointment, and was very professional. He made sure that I understood the product and went through using it safely with both myself and my father. I am very happy with our decision to use Southern Stairlifts rather than other high-pressure salespeople working with competitors.
