Not my first time with Smoaks. I was able to schedule 2 days after I called for an urgent, but not emergent plumbing situation! Al was great! He absolute went the extra mile to resolve the problems.

We included an encapsulation project along with the new AC and ductwork as well. They did a good job balancing the steps with the other company and the final touch up work interrupted/delayed by TS Debby.

Our Air conditioning was not working and we were able to get a last minute appointment which was great. They arrived on time and kept us updated with what issues needed to be fixed. Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough and gave us options for future ac unit if we had to replace. Thank you!
