    I will never spend another dollar on the Cadillac brand or at ANY Baker dealership. Less than a year ago, I purchased a Cadillac XT4. A brand that I had (in the past) heard good things about. When I signed the papers I felt confident that I had made a good purchase and that I would have the vehicle for a long time and hopefully raise a family in it. Unfortunately, it turned into the biggest nightmare and the worst automobile purchase I have ever made. Since I bought it, it has been in the shop at least 8 times.     I switched auto brands twice due to difficulties scheduling service and surly service with the dealers. I own another Baker car (Infiniti) which has excellent, friendly service. On my cadillac, due to a close call on the road, we urgently need a repair, as the car is dangerous to drive as is. I requested service three days ago, still haven't had a call back to schedule, and it's a weekend.

    Arrived an hour early for a 9:30 appointment for oil change and routine service, at 4 pm service was not completed yet. Customer for the past 5 years and never had such bad service, just not the same place as before. I sent a text at 1:30 with no response, called 3 time's before I got an answer from the service advisor at 4 pm to tell me my car was still not ready. I'll be going elsewhere for service in the future.
