I brought my travel van, aWinnebago ERA there for 6 years, so I have a good bit of experience with these people. They are nice, professional, and work very hard to get you back on the road. There is no corporate feel here. Just real, nice, hard working people. When it came time to purchase my next RV, after looking at several other dealerships, I bought my almost-new class C from them. It had a few issues (it’s an RV) that they worked very hard to fix and get me back up and running. Their prices are fair, and you won’t find a better and more attentive staff. Highly recommended.

I took my travel van, a Winnebago ERA there for service for 6 years. Never had any issues. Sometimes the bill was a little pricey, but if you have a lot of experience owning an rv, you have to know to expect that sometimes. RV's are not cheap and require regular maintenance. I then purchased a slightly used Winnebago View class C from them. It had a few issues. They got them fixed right away. The main cabin door had some problems. They worked hard to get Winnebago to replace the door under warranty as the RV was pretty much new. They were able to get me a brand new door. They are cosiencious about their customers and they try hard. No RV repair shop is perfect, but... read full review

I was in quite a bind with needing my camper repaired with short notice for a trip I had planned several months ago. Pro Tech was the only shop that was willing to help me out. I dropped my camper off on a Wednesday, and it was ready on Friday! They were also incredibly efficient and the work cost me much less than I anticipated. Melissa works in the office, and she is one of the most pleasant people to work with. You don’t see that kind of service everyday. I would highly recommend them for your RV service needs.Service: Electrical
