Pivotal Restoration (Jame Winters was our project manager) came behind the first restoration company that totally messed up our home after an HVAC flood destroyed walls on two levels of our house. The first company admitted wrongdoing and our insurance hired Pivotal to come fix the first company’s bad work. They came out quickly and did the work to my standards which are high. Pivotal Restoration did an amazing job from start to finish. We had a roof leak and Pivotal Restoration arrived shortly after we called. They immediately worked to mitigate the water situation and used many blowers to start the drying process. After this, we met with Rick and Frank to evaluate necessary repairs. Frank was great to work with. He's professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He was constantly in touch with me to make sure things were going as planned. He has a good crew of people who do quality work. I highly recommend Frank and Pivotal Restoration.
